- Violation of Attendance Policy
This is to inform you that we have reviewed the documents submitted by your supervisor such as corrective action (CA) and your explanation letter. Based on those documents, we found that you were served two Final Warnings for having been absent. In spite of this consideration, you still incurred several instances of tardiness. Based on the above mentioned evidences, you are hereby terminated effectively immediately.
Please coordinate with Human Resources for your clearance process.
